This document describes the terms and conditions for using Cato, a service provided by Hunter Web Services ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Cato, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Services Provided

Cato is an autonomous coding agent that turns issues into pull requests. These services are provided "as is," and we may modify, add, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without notice.

Use of AI and Large Language Models

Cato relies on large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence to generate code, create pull requests, and interact with your codebase. AI systems are inherently unpredictable and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected output. You acknowledge and accept that:

Eligibility

To use Cato, you must be at least 18 years old or not considered a minor in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Cato at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using our services at any time as well.

Payment and Refunds

If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice.

Limited Liability

We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Cato will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter Web Services shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Cato, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to service availability, loss of data, AI-generated output, or any other issues. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Cato, including our content, trademarks, and logo, are owned by Hunter Web Services or our licensors. You are not granted any rights to use these without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Cato for any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or access the services to create a similar or competitive product. You must not abuse the service, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or attempting to disrupt the normal functioning of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunter Web Services and its employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of Cato or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of Cato after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in France.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
